Attempting CAKE TRENDS- Origami Cake!

This week I am tackling the folded origami cake. This makes such a stunning geometrical shaped cake by folding paper to create an origami looking template. You then pipe chocolate ganache onto your tempate and place that around the cake. Easier said than done!!! But I think we nailed it!
