The National Risk and Contingency Management Secretariat (COPECO) held a meeting with United Nations agencies and the Humanitarian Network to update the status of drought alerts in Honduras. Based on technical data generated by CENAOS, it was announced that in the coming hours several municipalities will change their alert level, moving from green to yellow alert due to the severe impact of the lack of rain.
