We decided to visit the elderly couple whose lives we had once helped save. With kindness and gratitude, they took us to see a small old wooden house that was for sale. Together, we cleared the land around the house, cut back overgrown trees and bushes, and prepared the area for a safer place to live. While I worked, the kind homeowner helped look after my two children, allowing me to continue the hard work. This video shares another chapter of our journey as a single mother raising two daughters in the mountains of Vietnam.
