Ironman Texas Full Recap 2023

My first full Ironman experience at Ironman Texas 2023 in the Woodlands. My coach encouraged me to journal the experience but I made a video journal instead so I can always go back and watch it again. This is mostly for me but also to everyone who has ever wanted to achieve something hard. I have been following Ironman since 1992 when I was 10 years old but never thought I would ever really want to do one. But when I turned 40 yrs old, I wanted to do something that would challenge me mentally and physically. So two years into Triathlon I decided it was finally time to go for it. Hope you enjoy
