Custom Motorcycle Headlight Design With 3D Scanning, 3D Printing, and Fusion Forms | GPz Series 04

In this video we are going to talk about Episode 4 for our GPz750 design series. In this episode we design a new headlight for the bike. Using a KTM EXC light, some 3D scanning and freeform modeling we create a 3d printed headlight surround to make the design flow nicely. For the Scanning we use a Revopoint MetroX to scan the headlight and a Miraco Plus to scan the bike. We use QuickSurface to align the scans and Fusion to do the modeling. The final print was done on a Bambu P1S printer with PLA-CF material.
