PlayStation me llevó al Japón real de Ghost of Yōtei | albertoyume

In November, I traveled to Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost island, to film one of the most important projects I've done so far: Discovering Ghost of Yōtei, a documentary in collaboration with PlayStation Spain and Discovering Japan. • Documentary "Discovering Ghost of Yōtei":    • El Japón que inspiró Ghost of Yōtei | Docu...   This video is a behind-the-scenes look at that trip. I show you (in my own way) all aspects of filming: the days in Japan, the locations, the moments between takes, the crew, the meals at 7-Elevens, the pressure of filming something so big, and the experience of living Hokkaido from the inside while trying to portray the real culture that inspires the Ghost of Yōtei universe. During the trip, we explored different areas of Hokkaido to document landscapes, traditions, artisans, Japanese culture, Ainu culture, and everything that makes up the real world behind the video game. We also visited Kyoto and Osaka to film with other incredible people and artisans. It was a very special, intense shoot, quite different from any other trip I've taken. This is the first video about everything that went into making the documentary, focusing solely on the filming. Later, I'll upload a second part talking about the editing, post-production, the process of creating the final documentary, the visit to the PlayStation offices, and how we premiered the documentary in a movie theater with over 200 people.
