La R6 al 99%: primer arranque con el escape nuevo y carbus sincronizados | Ep.4

The Yamaha R6 is 99% finished, and in this episode, we'll fine-tune it properly. First start with the new exhaust installed, synchronization of the four carburetors using vacuum gauges, installation of the complete drive kit, and mounting of the fairing. The bike already looks like a real motorcycle. Only the brake seals are missing to give it the final push... and maybe this weekend will be the day. How do you synchronize the carburetors on a 2002 Yamaha R6? With a set of four vacuum gauges connected to the intake of each cylinder, we adjust the idle and the throttle screws until the vacuum is balanced. The result: a smooth engine, clean response, and optimized fuel consumption. What does the drive kit for a carbureted R6 include? A new front sprocket, rear sprocket, and chain. A simple but critical change for power transmission. What is the MotoProjects Fuck List? A list written in permanent marker on the workbench with everything we don't like. We're ticking it off. In this chapter, we expand it with suggestions from our followers. 📋 CHAPTERS: 00:00 Intro and current status of the R6 02:00 First start with the new exhaust 🔊 08:00 Carburetor synchronization with vacuum gauges 12:00 The technical toolbox 18:00 We expand the Fuck List 19:00 Tap filters: clean 23:00 Installation of the drive kit 37:00 Checking the headlight bulbs 41:00 Mirror repair (strip screw salvaged) 42:00 Installation of the complete fairing 44:00 Final cleaning with a microfiber cloth 45:00 Final start with the complete bike 🏁 47:00 Farewell and the weekend's mystery 🔔 Subscribe if you want to see if the R6 goes for a ride this week. #YamahaR6 #MotoRestoration #MotoProjects #MotoTaller #YamahaR62002
