INCREASING pH value of SOIL and CULTIVATING FIELDS | Hof Bergmann | Farming Simulator 22 | Episode 8

Today we are at Hof Bergmann and we have two jobs to do. We started by getting John Deere 6930 ready for lime spreading. We attached the front weight and chains on the front 3-point and then we headed to the Land Market. When we arrived there, we spoke with a worker and they let us borrow Bruns MBA 12000 fertilizer and lime spreader. We attached it to the back of the tractor and then we headed to the lime silo. We bought 8000l of lime for 1344 euros and then we headed back to the farm. We drove to the first field where we unfolded the spreader and started spreading lime on the headland. We did one headland pass and then we set up the GPS for ups and downs. The spreader had a 12m working width so it didn't take us much time to cover the whole field. After the first field was covered with lime we moved to the second field and did everything the same. When we run out of the lime we went back to the Land Market and got another load. It took us four loads of lime to cover four fields and then we finished spreading lime. We washed the tractor and spreader and then we returned the spreader back to the Land Market. We ended up paying 200 euros for borrowing a spreader and then we returned back to the farm. We detached the chains and weight and then parked the tractor. The second job was to cultivate the fields and for that job, we decided to use John Deere 6195M and Kerner Corona 500 with Kerner CW 55500 roller on the back. We attached the cultivator to the tractor and headed to the first field. We unfolded the cultivator and set up the GPS and started cultivating up and down the field. When we finished the first wheat field we went to the corn field and did everything the same. After the second field was done we decided to take a break so we folded the cultivator and headed to the house. We parked the tractor in front of the house and then headed inside for a lunch break.
