[*The more accurate, less catchy title: "7 carefully selected 'deck families' for the 7 essential types of rest" I felt inspired to do a tarot & oracle edition of Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith's 'seven pillars of sacred rest'*. The general idea is that sleep alone cannot resolve symptoms of burnout and chronic fatigue/exhaustion if you lack specific restoration in one of the other equally important areas. ✨The 7 types of rest:✨ Mental - 'How can I rest my busy brain & racing thoughts?' Spiritual - 'How can I rest my weary soul / reconnect to my values & core sense of purpose?' Emotional - 'How can I feel & express in safe & healthy ways to emotionally regulate?' Physical - 'How can I rest & reenergise my tired body?' Social - 'How can I rest & recharge my social battery?' Sensory - 'How can I rest & rebalance my over/under-stimulated nervous system?' Creative - 'How can I reinvigorate my inspiration & sense of childlike wonder in the world?'
