Herzlichst - Die Musiksendung - Mai 2025 (TV-Sendung)

For the new episode of the TV show "Herzlichst – Sie wünschen, wir spielen" (Sincerely – You Wish, We Play), Romy and Stefan Dietl embarked on a special discovery tour in a convertible through the historic Saalekreis district. The journey began in Merseburg, where they visited the imposing cathedral, its valuable treasures, and the expansive cathedral garden. From there, they continued to Petersberg, where they attended a solemn mass with nuns and, during a subsequent visit to the zoo, even fed canaries by hand. A cultural highlight was the historic Templar church, which impressively evokes bygone eras, as well as a visit to the ancestral seat of the Wettin dynasty; the castle there now houses a high school that has produced many renowned artists. The route continued along the Brachwitz Alps, whose striking porphyry landscape lined the way to Lake Geiseltal, which offers a truly memorable experience with opportunities for cycling, swimming, boat trips, and houseboat rentals. The show will be accompanied musically by Captain Freddy & Gabriela, who will provide the right atmosphere for this diverse tour.
