He holds a Master’s in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where he studied International Education Policy. His research interests include issues of trust and relationship-building in educational organizations and the facilitation of team-based qualitative data analysis. Prior to establishing his own consultancy, he worked with the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Division of Extension as a data analyst and trainer.
