The FlexoMate anilox roll cleaning systems are based on the dry use of the ARMEX soda blasting media. By delivering ARMEX under pressure onto the roll the crystal physically removes the ink from the substrate. Because of its softness and friability it disintegrates on impact without damage to or distortion of the roll and its bearings. - - De FlexoMate rasterwalsen reinigingssystemen zijn gebaseerd op het droog gebruik van het ARMEX soda straalmiddel. Door ARMEX met perslucht op de wals te spuiten verwijdert het kristal fysisch de inkt van de ondergrond. Omdat Armex zeer zacht en bros is zal het kristal bij de inslag uiteenvallen zonder de wals en lagers e.d. te beschadigen of te vervormen.
