RILISIDTV, Bandarlampung - To Celebrate Bandar Lampung's 344th Anniversary, KAI Opens Rail Clinic Health Services PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division IV Tanjungkarang is once again offering free healthcare services through the Rail Clinic program at Sukamenanti Station, Pidada Village, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung City. This activity was held to celebrate Bandar Lampung's 344th anniversary. Furthermore, this program is also part of KAI's Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL). Hendy Helmy, Executive Vice President of KAI Regional Division IV Tanjungkarang, stated that the Rail Clinic demonstrates the company's commitment to the communities surrounding its railway operations. "Through the Rail Clinic program, KAI aims to provide tangible benefits to the community while strengthening relationships with residents living near its railway lines and stations," said Hendy. At this event, KAI introduced the 2nd Generation Rail Clinic, which provides first-class healthcare services. Services available include general health checks, obstetrics, eye health, dental health, maternal and child services, simple laboratory tests, and health counseling by the KAI Divre IV Tanjungkarang medical team. In addition to health services, KAI also donated medical aids, including two wheelchairs, eight crutches, 20 pairs of glasses for the elderly, and 30 pairs of reading glasses for elementary school students. KAI also provided education on train safety through outreach sessions conducted by personnel from the Tanjungkarang Divre IV Railway Special Police (Polsuska). Hendy hopes that the Rail Clinic will improve public health and raise awareness of the importance of safety on the railways. "Synergy with the community is crucial to achieving safe, secure, and reliable rail transportation," he concluded. Meanwhile, Assistant I of the Bandar Lampung City Government, Wilson Faisol, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the program implemented by PT KAI. "We are very grateful, as this activity coincides with Bandar Lampung City's anniversary," he said. Furthermore, this activity also supports the Bandar Lampung City Government's ongoing health programs.
