Kentsel Dönüşüme Girmiş Mahalle Yıkımı

İstanbul’da kentsel dönüşüme girmiş bir mahallede bulunan binaların sökülmesi, yıkılması ve molozun nakli firmamız tarafından gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu projede; çevresi kapatılan ve tamamı riskli ilan edilen binaların geri dönüştürülebilir malzemelerinin sökümü ve yıkımı çeşitli iş makinaları kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yıkım esnasında riskli kısımlar el ile alınmış, çökertme yöntemi kullanılmamıştır. Yıkımın tamamlanmasının ardından moloz nakli gerçekleştirilmiş, saha arsa kotunda teslim edilmiştir. Bu proje: İSG kurallarından taviz vermeden, kat eksiltme yöntemiyle gerçekleştilmiştir. About Neighborhood Destruction in Urban Transformation The dismantling, demolition and transfer of rubble of the buildings in a neighborhood that has undergone urban transformation in Istanbul were carried out by our company. In this project; The dismantling and demolition of the recyclable materials of the buildings, whose surroundings were closed and all of which were declared risky, were carried out using various construction equipment. During the demolition, the risky parts were taken by hand, the collapse method was not used. After the demolition was completed, the rubble was transferred and the site was handed over at the land level. This project was carried out with the method of floor reduction, without compromising the OHS rules.
