❗ Incredible motorcycle route from Oviedo to the heart of the Ebro! 🏍️ 💨 Join me on this 400+ km journey through some of the most breathtaking landscapes in northern Spain. We depart from Oviedo to cross the legendary Tarna Pass, enjoy the views in Riaño, and traverse the Palencia mountains via Guardo until we reach Aguilar de Campoo. The highlight of this trip is a visit to Aldea de Ebro (Cantabria), a hidden gem on the banks of the river that shares its name. ⛪ Aldea de Ebro: Declared a Site of Cultural Interest in 2002, this small rural village transports you to the past with its traditional stone architecture and whitewashed facades. What you can't miss in Aldea de Ebro: Church of San Juan Bautista: A 13th-century Romanesque gem with an impressive bell tower. Vernacular Architecture: Strolling through its streets is to discover perfectly preserved traditional houses from the 13th to the 19th centuries. Natural Surroundings: The village is nestled in a landscape of virgin forests and is a unique natural viewpoint at the beginning of the Ebro Canyon.
