This reservoir can be spotted while travelling towards Kodachadri from Nagara. Savehaklu dam is one of the water sources for Linganamakki Dam and was constructed before the Linganamakki Dam was built. Heavy monsoon flow gives abundant life to the reservoir and the nature.
