Part two in the Rap special on "Soul In The City", hosted by Michael Wiliams. Originally aired in 1988 on Canada's MuchMusic. Short interview with Roger Troutman on his view on E.P.M.D.'s sampling of Zapp's "More Bounce To The Ounce" and on Hip-Hop in general, interview and live segment with Roxanne Shanté, Tommy Silverman, DJ Code Money and long interview with K.R.S. One. Also features live rapping by Schooly D and scratching by DJ Cash Money. I had to edit out videos by Boogie Down productions and Rick James (& Roxanne Shanté) "Loosey's Rap" and Run DMC "Run's House" or the video would be blocked worldwide. This material is transferred from my own old VHS tapes. Quality is of course poor, but I hope you'll enjoy this blast from the past anyway.
