These 2 things will help FIX your balance in ballet!
I've worked together with hundreds of dancers, both professionals and non-professionals. Throughout the years, there are some clear patterns that I've noticed. The non-professionals often struggle with their balance and with being able to do center practice while feeling stable. Obviously there are many contributing factors but one of the main ones seems to be the dancers not understanding the principle of weight transferring & the principle of a strong supporting leg. In this video, I unpack all of the above, giving you small drills that you can incorporate into your routine đź’— Remember, a strong supporting leg=more stability and better balances!
