1 swing = 1 hit - direct attacks with Sidesword

In this video I analyse some direct hits at first tempo from Optimus Challenge 2019 final Sidesword matches. Aiming for a direct hit is preferable as its success can quickly end an exchange. If it misses, it's still a vital part of the preparation for the follow up binds and attacks.
