This video shows the walking route to transfer from the Sanyo Shinkansen (platform 11/Nozomi bound for Tokyo) to the JR Kobe Line (bound for Kakogawa, Sannomiya, and Osaka) at JR Himeji Station. (Transfer points) When transferring from inside the Shinkansen ticket gates to the conventional line at JR Himeji Station, first go through the transfer gate (JR line transfer gate). Then, go down to the first floor using the escalator on the left of the ticket gate, and go up to the conventional line platform on the second floor. JR Kobe Line (bound for Kakogawa, Sannomiya, and Osaka) trains usually depart and arrive at platforms 5 and 6 at JR Himeji Station.
