Born in Tibet and raised in exile from the age of three, he studied at TCV and earned a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mysore. Despite living with a stammer, he became a teacher and lecturer. Today, he brings his values to life through ethical, plant-based cooking—using food as a medium for compassion, mindfulness, and change.
