A Serious Man: Yiddish dybbuk opening scene
Eerie opening of the Coen brothers' dark comedy. In the early 1900s a Jewish man returning home late tells his wife he was helped after his cart broke, by a man she believes died 3 years ago. When he turns up she decides he's a 'dybbuk' (evil spirit) and deals with him accordingly. Stars Fyvush Finkel & Michael Stuhlbarg in lead role, directed by Joel & Ethan Coen, 2009.
