Reverse Engineering Copricerchio Rotto. Da STL a file CAD Solido pronto per Stampa 3D additiva In questo video mostro il processo completo di Reverse Engineering di un copricerchio rotto (Oz Racing Centre Caps 18” per Lexus GS 300). Il workflow include: Scansione 3D del copricerchio rotto La parte è stata acquisita con una scansione dettagliata per catturare tutte le geometrie visibili. Allineamento della scansione Il modello è stato orientato e allineato sul piano XY per facilitare la successiva ricostruzione CAD. Ricostruzione CAD parametrica Tutte le feature sono state aggiunte per ottenere un modello solido pronto per la stampa 3D additiva. Tutte le operazioni sono visibili nel Features-Tree, mostrando passo passo il workflow completo. Il lavoro è stato realizzato in Geomagic Design X, ma il processo mostrato è generale e può essere replicato o adattato anche in altri CAD parametrici come SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, CATIA o Rhinoceros. Questo video è ideale per chi vuole capire il flusso di lavoro completo dalla scansione 3D alla creazione di un modello CAD pronto per produzione additiva, senza entrare in dettagli complessi ma mostrando tutte le feature principali. STL to Solid CAD ready for 3D Printing In this video, I show the complete Reverse Engineering process of a broken wheel cover (Oz Racing Centre Caps 18” for Lexus GS 300). The workflow includes: 3D Scanning of the broken wheel cover The part was captured with a detailed 3D scan to record all visible geometries. Scan alignmen The model was oriented and aligned on the XY plane to facilitate the subsequent CAD reconstruction. Parametric CAD reconstruction All features were added to obtain a solid model ready for additive 3D printing. All operations are visible in the Features-Tree, showing step by step the complete workflow. The work was performed in Geomagic Design X, but the workflow shown is general and can be replicated or adapted in other parametric CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, CATIA, or Rhinoceros.
