However we do not engage in fake engagement and yet we lost access to content monetization tools. ‎ ‎Now I start to observe my views declining. I suspect that because of the incorrect violation given, the system is now limiting our reach to our audience worldwide. ‎ ‎I am hoping you can reassess our Facebook Page please as soon as possible. It feels so discouraging to see some other Facebook pages who are violating your rules but are still earning with their monetization tools. ‎ ‎Then the descent ones are the one being penalized. ‎ ‎Another concern is that even when I already followed next steps and reached out to MetaAI support assistant, you are not giving us any reference number for follow ups. No prompts on screen either mobile or desktop saying or confiming that Review Request submitted and received and no timeframe when issue will get resolved.
