EZ Fix For Locked Engine on Pressure Washer Small Engine

This video shows you how I repaired my pressure washer with a locked up pull cord and engine. Some pressure washers are hard to pull because of the water pressure in the line. Once you squeeze the handle, the pull cord works like normal.
