Published works: "The Body Thinks" and "Improvement Theory" (co-authored with Yoshinori Kono / PHP Institute). Studied martial arts with Yoshinori Kono and Akio Nakajima. Promotes "Gendo" and "Genbujutsu," which focus on "renewing the fundamental principles of mind and body" and relaxation. Also serves as a co-instructor with his teacher, Yoshinori Kono. Based on his unique theory that "the mind and body are completely one and the same," he developed "Mind-Body Counseling" and "Fukafuka Bodywork."
