WG says CVs are good - WATCH THIS - Laughable

We all know CVs are broken as hell but I doubt you saw this before. I have seen something similar before long time ago but this is ridiculous and beyond laughable. How can anyone call this anything but broken, overpowered and unsuitable is beyond me and any reason comprehensible to me.
