Moist Vanilla Cake Recipe

Hi everyone! So for today I’m showing you how I make Vanilla cake. The cake pan size you use will depend on how long your cakes will bake. You will have to double your recipe for larger cake pans. Here I used four 6x2” pans and I only had a little bit of batter left. I baked these cakes for 35 minutes. Below is the recipe. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. You will need: 3 cups all purpose flour (or 3 cups of cake flour for a lighter cake) 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 3/4 cups of granulated sugar 2 sticks unsalted room temperature butter 4 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups milk ( I like to use 2% milk) Thanks for watching and please don’t forget to support my channel by liking and subscribing! ;)
