A Win For Underdogs Everywhere: Zeppo Wins 2018 USEF Combined Driving National Championship

In true underdog fashion, a little Hackney pony did what no one thought he could: win the 2018 US Equestrian National Intermediate Combined Driving Single Pony Championship on the picturesque grounds of Live Oak International in Ocala, Fla. Thought by most to be "too small" and "too afraid" to compete at this level of the intense international sport of combined driving, the charismatic seven-year-old gelding Zeppo, driver Jennifer Keeler, and navigator David Harris defied the odds - and made everyone believe in fairy tale endings.
