Today I visited one of the largest modern projects in Casablanca… a massive parking garage in the heart of the Casa Anfa financial district! It's located in the center of Casa Finance City, one of the city's most modern and developed areas, where the business world meets modern urban design. This new garage can accommodate approximately 1,500 cars, spread across two underground levels, and is considered one of the largest parking facilities in Casablanca. But it's not just the size that's special… The garage is equipped with smart and advanced services: More than fifty electric vehicle charging stations, a smart system that displays available spaces, camera surveillance and high-level security, dedicated spaces for people with disabilities and bicycles, and even a car wash area within the garage. And the best part of all… Above the garage is a vast green space, covering more than two hectares, with walking paths and seating areas, transforming the place from just a parking lot into a complete and comfortable urban space. The garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is suitable for business people, visitors, and tourists. The price starts at around 6 dirhams per hour, with the option of a monthly subscription.
