American Reacts to UK Driving Offences and Penalties

In this video I react to UK Driving offences and the penalties for breaking them. While I knew UK driving laws are somewhat different than I'm used to, I was shocked to discover some of the things that are considered a driving offence in the UK and the penalties associated with them. For example, using your phone, even while stopped in traffic is illegal, and someone could be charged with careless driving and fined £5000 for eating or drinking water while driving. Most of the driving offenses and penalties make total sense to me, but a few are a bit of a head scratcher. Thanks for watching.
