Could this be a new difficulty tweak? Apparently on stealth DSOD, now the camera operator can still check cams from his grave, so the cameras will continue to work even after you take him out. How else could this possibly be explained...? As a (perhaps) related bonus, a heist that should be impossible unless you can somehow walk through walls undetected. To give some information: you heisters know that, for most heists, cameras stop working when the operator is taken out, with some heist exceptions.
