Homar vs. HIMARS. Why is the Polish launcher more dangerous? In the summer of 2022, a single American HIMARS launcher robbed Russian generals of their sleep on the frontline in Ukraine. But today, a weapon stands on the Polish border that carries twice as many missiles, and Poland is starting to produce its missiles itself. This is the Homar-K, a Polonized Korean K239 Chunmoo system on a Jelcz 8x8 chassis, with the Polish TOPAZ fire control system.
