St. Patrick’s Day Parade Tokyo is an annual event held in the Harajuku–Omotesando area to mark St. Patrick’s Day, which honors Saint Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. As the 2025 parade was canceled due to rain, the official website refers to this year’s event as “St. Patrick’s Day Parade Tokyo 2025+1.” Organized by Irish Network Japan (INJ) and the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Tokyo Organizing Committee, it is one of Asia’s largest Irish celebrations, dating back to 1992, and a spring parade in which a wide variety of groups, including Irish dance groups, pipe bands, and brass bands, take part.
