Lucky number seven enters the game for the BLACK SUGAR contest anthem! Another final production launching this year's lighting ceremony in Warsaw. For the first time ever in the history of our competition, we have something special - a collaboration of members from one of the Polish group of the harder styles. Northcore is a band that has been born in the Tricity area and is heavily promoting the heaviest equipment there. As an independent music and promotion collective, they've proven that the Baltic region has a local hunger for uncompromising tempo. They specialize in fusions of genres such as Hardstyle, Rawstyle, Hardcore, Frenchcore, Uptempo, and Terror - and they do it entirely within the framework of a general approach. They regularly flood the Tricity area with a wave of the heaviest kicks and hypnotic melodies, cementing their position as the captains of the Tricity. To date, they have released five pieces of their story, each with a completely different, detailed functional solution. This maritime tale began with a few powerful hits that attracted the bigwigs of the Polish scene - for example our friend Regaina (it was his official debut in the Tricity area). Subsequent installments, such as the apocalyptic "Road to Apocalypse" and the mystical "Eternity," showcased their potential and brought the cream of the crop to the console, attracting the cream of the domestic elite and gamers alike. Among them is Lithuanian band The Machine, whose set showcased everything that truly defines old-school RAW. Their projects combine themes of infinity, a shipyard-like, industrial atmosphere, and Nordic myths, and the perfect culmination of this saga will be the upcoming, massive "Valhalla" edition, scheduled for July. Sopot will be rocked to its foundations, as veterans straight from Finland: Hardstyle Mafia, Digital Mindz, and Bionator Project - will be invited by the crew. This edition represents a yearly chapter written with the loyal and trusted community that gathers around the Tricity area and their group. At Northcore events, there are no barriers or divisions - only memories and the magic of connecting with friends.
