"Mikasa" is located in a side street near Shinagawa Station's Konan Exit. We enjoyed a clear "Motsuni" stew with a hint of kelp stock, and a rare "Kaguna Hoppy" with delicate bubbles. Plus, the incredibly tender fried gills, everything was absolutely delicious.
