Letting Go of Stuck Emotions (Guided Session for Relief)

In this Letting Go Technique session for emotionally processing stuck emotions (like grief, anxiety, fear, helplessness, anger, numbness and more), we'll take a different approach. Instead of trying to let them go, we will surrender to the "stuckness," and allow a sense of space to open up around it. If it moves, it moves, and if it doesn't, we will find a form of relief either way. This counterintuitive approach is often best for working with emotions that are stagnant, chronic or that part of us isn't ready to let go of yet.
