This new take on the classic Blink archetype combines Phelia, Solitude, and Quantum Riddler (aka “The Rizzler”) with some of the most powerful red cards ever printed — Ragavan, Phlage, and Fable of the Mirror-Breaker. Add in Consign to Memory, and you’ve got a flashy, grindy, value-packed deck that took down the RC. But is it actually good… or just another Modern mirage?
