The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington invites you to join us via livestream as we joyfully celebrate the historic Episcopal Ordination of Most Reverend Juan R. Esposito-Garcia and Most Reverend Evelio Menjivar-Ayala! The special Mass will take place on February 21, 2023, at the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle in Washington, D.C., United States of America, with music beginning around 1:15 PM EST and the Procession to start the Mass beginning at 1:45 PM EST. Following with the appointment of our new Auxiliary Bishops by His Holiness Pope Francis, His Eminence Wilton Cardinal Gregory, Archbishop of Washington, will be the Principal Ordaining Bishop, Celebrant, and Homilist for the Mass, and will be joined by our current Auxiliary Bishops, His Excellency Mario E. Dorsonville and His Excellency Roy E. Campbell, as Co-Consecrating Bishops, with many other Cardinals, Archbishops, Bishops, Priests and Deacons from around our Archdiocese and other parts of the world attending and concelebrating the Mass. Bishop-Elect Esposito-Garcia and Bishop-Elect Menjivar-Ayala will also be celebrated by many friends, family, and other supporters!
