Flatten 6 bananas to line the pan, mash the remaining 2 bananas and mix with flour, baking powder, milk, egg, sugar, and oil. Pour the batter into the pan. Cook over very low heat for 18–20 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5 minutes. Keep the lid on the whole time for an evenly cooked cake.
