How THOUSANDS of Students (5th Grade & up) Are Finding STEM & Health Programs to Get Their Dream Job

My name is Jabari and for the past 6 years, I helped students, parents, teachers and Health Profession programs in Chicago and IL find resources and programs to get into their dream field. When I was younger, I wanted to be a Dentist, but when I got to college, I sucked at Organic Chemistry, so I had to change my dream of being a Dental surgeon, and learned to run large Hospitals and make Health Policies instead. Now, I'm making sure that every student has the opportunity to do their dream job, and I'm using federal policies and community building to do so. I created 2 resources for students that are interested in going into a STEM or Health field, and online inventory RAPID-IL and a website that has career guidance and information. It's easy to use, and made so that Students, Parents, Advisors and Health Programs can use it. There's over 100 programs for different education levels. One of the reasons I am running for Congress is because the Trump Administration cut federal funding and threatened programs in my state because they wanted to help minority students. Every student, regardless of their background, how much money their family makes, what they believe in, if they live in rural area or big city, should never have their dreams cut off because of stupid politics. I also plan to expand this idea, and scale it to job areas like Law, Music, Trade and any workforce sector that strengthens are Job market, and allows every student to land the dream job they want! The inventory is still active, but there's no funding. Me and my colleague are still working with students and keeping the inventory up, but on a pro-bono basis.
