Is This South India's Friendliest City? 🇮🇳

Today we're exploring the ancient city of Madurai here in Tamil Nadu! We took the local bus into Madurai city and a lovely local man bought us some breakfast then walked us to the stunning Meenakshi temple complex. You aren't allowed to enter the temple with a camera but we luckily got invited up to a rooftop with a fantastic view over all 4 towers. After that we got a super fresh street coconut, tried the famous Madurai Jigarthanda then went for some proper pure veg banana leaf food. On the way home we stopped at a huge popup clothing shop where Alicia bought a new kurti ready for pongal festival. Now we were planning on ending the video here but then our homestay host recommended we go eat some mutton biryani and kari dosai so that is exactly what we did! Is Madurai India's friendliest city?
