After breaking the float piviot pin on my spare pair of SU HS4 carb I swapped the float and valve to another float bowl lid and mess up first try by not screwing the float valve all the way down. For my Triumph 1500TC, I plan to rebuild these carb to replace the items on my car as they are tired. Barry
