A HEATWAVE ON FATHER'S DAY! IT'S TOO HOT! 🌞😎

Welcome back! This week we are in a heatwave and it is awful! Saturday, Mark continued to paint the lounge while I did my tablet pots and went through some of my medication with you. We then picked up Ang and Simon and went to Long Melford for lunch. We sat outside and had a nice lunch before heading back. Sunday was Fathers day in the UK so Poppy came back for the day and we went to his Sister's for a BBQ. Games were played which caused much laughter. Just trying to stay cool but currently I am covered in heat rash and had the steroid injection in my arm! The weather is supposed to ease from Sunday hopefully!
