I made an unbreakable 3D printed FPV drone frame — With rubber

I spent weeks designing, testing, and iterating a 3D printed FPV whoop frame that doesn't break. Not "survives gentle crashes" — actually doesn't break. The secret is BambuLab's TPU for AMS, a material with a Shore hardness of 68D that behaves almost like a rigid plastic but refuses to crack or shatter. Combined with an octet truss geometry borrowed from aerospace and civil engineering, the result is a 2-inch whoop frame that weighs 18 grams and laughs at walls. This video covers the full journey: material science, design iterations, failures, a proper three-point bend test, and the final build featuring a Zeus AIO flight controller rescued from my parts bin and Flywoo 1102 motors that have absolutely no chill. Outdoor crash tests and full field ripping are coming in Part 2. The weather had other plans. 🖨️ Frame STL — free: https://www.printables.com/model/1717... ☕ Support the channel → https://ko-fi.com/zhuxiasworld 📋 Component list and some affiliate links: Better FC that I used for my own build: https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_c3Z...
