This 18 km circular tour starts and ends in Roetgen and leads west into the High Fens in Belgium. The route follows narrow paths that had turned into small streams due to the rain – so wet shoes were quickly guaranteed. Despite the sometimes adverse conditions, the weather showed its varied side: sometimes rain, sometimes sun, sometimes a mystical atmosphere.
