Shimano Sustain C3000HGFI Sticking While Cranking - Fishing Reel Repair

Got a Shimano Sustain C3000 in that was sticking in the oscillation. There was a secondary problem I didn't address in this video... he was also have issues with his drag not functioning properly. If you look at the spool removal issue at the beginning of the video and top portion shaft toward the end of the video, this is what's causing the problem. The net result... it causes the drag to lock up. See below for helpful equipment and supply links.
