My Quick Review...Ridgid Shop Vac

In this video, I do a review of the Ridgid Brand stainless steel workshop vacuum. It developed a problem and the Ridgid customer service department came to the rescue. This sure doesn't happen very often. When someone has a problem with a product the consumer is often on his/her own. Not this time. During this experience, I was surprised to learn of their company warranty policy. They shipped me a new switch which arrived in about 2 days. I put it in the vac and everything worked like a charm. So, how it will affect me in the future? In a positive way. I would definitely consider their line of tools for some future work.
