The coffee and all the food here in the U.S. are incredibly delicious! In North Korea, sugar, butter, and oil were scarce, so we mainly ate plain, boiled potatoes with a little salt. I was so sick of them, I wouldn't even look at a potato... But here in the U.S., I've completely fallen for the wide variety of potato dishes! It's so amazing and surprising that they can create so many different kinds of food from just one ingredient.
