Falls to Hotham Alpine Crossing | Day 2 | 6 Week SOLO Alpine Hiking Trip | Australia

Embracing the thrill of Day 2 Solo Hiking the Falls To Hotham Alpine Crossing. Descending to Dibbin Hut presented an exhilarating challenge in the dynamic alpine weather today. Rain, rain, RAIN! My mind was fully engaged, focusing intently on precise foot placement, a necessity given the steep, rocky, and slippery terrain coupled with my spinal cord damage rendering my feet permanently without sensation - a potent combination that always demands the utmost care. Despite the hurdles, I'm reveling in todays atmospheric landscape, feeling invigorated on this second day of my three day adventure across Victoria's Alpine National Park. A single fall, which resulted in my Trekking Pole breaking and a few slips, served as a poignant reminder of nature's unpredictability. Fortunately, apart from a knee that requires some TLC, I'm in good shape. All things considered, this trek is proving to be a remarkably achievable challenge. -LINKS - Connect With Me: Jenny Woodhouse E: [email protected] https://www.facebook.com/share/19E4Sc... https://www.instagram.com/50s.hikinga... 🎵Music by Epidemic Sound 1.Happy In The Rain •Brett Greggory 2.
